The Foreign Correspondents Association brings you another exciting event together with SAP Asia Pacific & Japan.

After the four Grand Slam tournaments, the WTA Finals are generally considered to be the most prestigious event on the women’s tour.  They are played at the end of the season and feature the eight top-ranked singles players and doubles teams on the WTA tour.

On behalf of SAP Asia Pacific & Japan, we are delighted to invite you to the 2016 Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Finals on 25 October.  We have 16 exclusive tickets for FCA Journalists.

SAP is the exclusive Cloud and Analytics partner of the WTA and season-ending WTA Finals.  As special guests, you are invited to watch the best female players in action and access SAP's exclusive private suite with first class hospitality.

Itinerary:

5:30pm     Exclusive SAP Suite is open

5:45pm     Panel discussion on sports, technology and talent Adaire Fox-Martin and Wim Fissette (current WTA coach)

6:15pm     SAP Technology showcase and presentation

6:30pm     Buffet dinner and drinks

7:30pm     Match starts

10:30pm     Approximate end time

Adaire Fox-Martin oversees SAP’s business in the APJ region, excluding Greater China.  A prior winner of APJ’s Distinguished Leader Award and the senior-most executive in the region, Fox-Martin embodies SAP’s leadership principles – customer success, driving simplicity, and clearly building and leading talent within her teams.

Deployed at the WTA Finals, SAP Tennis Analytics for Coaches, powered by SAP HANA will provide coaches access to real-time performance data during live match play to help analyse performance and optimize strategy.  SAP looks forward to sharing more about this technology with you, plus other advancements they are making with the WTA to transform tennis.

Please note that tickets are non-transferable and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so do sign up early to secure your spot.
