This is a Moroccan Lounge Bar, and although owned by the ubiquitous Harry’s chain is nothing like the pubs. As you wander around the place you truly feel as if you are in a different country and certainly miles away from Clarke Quay. Throughout the place are lanterns and candles providing a relaxing an intimate feeling to the place. And of course the smoking pipes(the official name of which I forget).

The service is spot on, the food is very tasty.
Serving traditional Middle Eastern tapas such as hummus, moutabel, tabouleh and fattoush, Marrakesh also serves a mixture of Lebanese, Marrakech and Moroccan entrees
including Shish Kabab and Marrakech style grilled lamb skewers with bell pepper chakchouka

The crowd is a mixture of people, mostly under 30’s, and smartly attired, unlike bars located on the periphery of Clarke Quay this has a sense of style and decorum.
