The FCA is organizing an off-the-record informal session with Dr T.C.A Raghavan, the High Commissioner for India in Singapore.
This session is only for working foreign journalists and is intended as a get to know each other session.
Dr Raghavan is open to discuss the emergence of India as a global economic superpower, its changing geopolitical equations and international challenges.
Prior to his current appointment, Dr Raghavan has represented the Government of India in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Kuwait and the United Kingdom.
He holds a PhD in Modern Indian History..
