You may have seen the spectacular shots of the National Day fireworks over the Marina Bay waterfront on TV or sweeping aerial views that could have only been taken by a camera a few hundred metres in the air.  Drone-mounted cameras are increasingly common in commercial projects and news production.

Law professor and co-author of "Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems & Journalists" (Reuters Institute, Oxford University, 2013) David Goldberg will speak on the potential uses of drones in journalism and the legal and ethical implications of their use in news coverage.

This talk will be held at the SPH News Centre Auditorium on Wed 29 Oct 2014 at 12:00 pm till 1:30 pm.
