**Please arrive by 12am for a prompt start** China's Ambassador to Singapore, Mr Zhang Yun will be addressing the FCA on the topic of 'China's relations with ASEAN,' but will also be able to answer questions related to Singapore-China relations. The ambassador has been in Singapore since 2004. Prior to this posting, he worked for several years in India and Sri Lanka. He has also worked several times in the Department of Asian Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in various capacities, PLEASE NOTE THE EARLIER TIME than usual as the Ambassador has to leave by 2pm at the latest.
