To All FCA Members ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The Foreign Correspondents Association�s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on June 1 at 7.30 p.m. at Harry�s Bar, 28 Boat Quay. Registration begins at 7.00 p.m. From that time until 9.00 p.m., we will be offering refreshments, including finger food and an open bar, for free to all members. The AGM is the FCA�s most important meeting of the year, when members have the chance to vote for officers for the coming year and to discuss past activities and priorities for the months ahead. Every members must have now received by post a letter of notification as well as a proxy form. Please use the forms to indicate whether you are attending or, if you are not attending and are an ordinary member, whether you are giving your proxy to someone else. In that case you must also fill out the proxy form which is enclosed. Note that the maximum number of proxies any one member may hold is three. Associate members are encouraged to attend and participate in discussions, but please note only ordinary members (i.e. correspondents) have voting rights.
