Dear FCA Members,

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday 23 May 2018 at 6.00pm. It will be held at the Bloomberg office, 23 Church Street, 12th Floor, Capital Square, Singapore 049481.

If you will be attending, please register so that we can arrange for security access.

The following documents will be sent to all members in a separate email in due course:
(a)  Minutes of the previous AGM 2017.
(b)  Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31 Dec 2017.
(c)  Proxy Form for Ordinary Members who are unable to attend.

While all members are encouraged to attend, please note that only Ordinary Members have voting rights.

If you are unable to attend, your proxy vote must be submitted to the Secretariat via email (secretariat@fcasingapore.com) by 12pm on Tuesday 22 May 2018 indicating how the vote should be cast; otherwise it cannot be counted.

Do log in to the FCA website www.fcasingapore.com to register your attendance at the AGM.
