The world's largest chocolate maker Barry Callebut operates in Singapore a chocolate academy (one of three in the world) to train F&B professionals in the fine art of chocolate. Come and learn more about Barry Callebut with Gaby Tschofen and Marc Donaldson, Managing Director for Asia Pacific, who will discuss the group's Asia strategy and talk about trends in the chocolate industry.
