The Singapore Academy of Law, Singapore’s Ministry of Law and MP Singapore, invite all journalists to cover TechLaw. Fest 2019 from 5-6 September at the Marina Sands Expo and Convention Centre. The keynote address will be given by Sir Tim Berners-Lee who founded the World Wide Web 30 years ago. Sir Tim will take questions from the media on 5 September. The conference and exhibition are expected to attract more than 1,000 industry leaders, lawyers, entrepreneurs, technologists and policy makers. Topics to be discussed will focus on how the regulatory and legal sectors will respond to emerging issues surrounding data including responsible use of data, its access and control, data security and 5G.
