FCA journalists are invited to the launch of ADM’s newest Innovation Lab – a dedicated facility that is positioned to meet the needs of growing consumer demand for plant-based meat and dairy alternatives in Asia, on either 21 Apr 2021 or 22 Apr 2021.
According to ADM's 2021 Global Trends report, the continued expansion of plant-based protein products, beyond burger analogues, will include new and novel products such as seafood, plant-based cheeses, ready-to-eat protein snacks, and more. With Asia being a centre of innovation and growth for the F&B industry, there is an opportunity to create plant-based meat alternatives that is both convenient and culinarily innovative.
The invitation includes a tour of the Innovation Lab, taking you through the journey of how plant-based meat and dairy alternatives are made, insights into the boom of plant-based foods in Asia, and a ‘live’ demo and tasting session of Asian-style plant-based meals.
Interviews or feature opportunities are also available upon request and prior arrangement, with ADM’s spokespersons Dirk Oyen, VP and GM of Southeast Asia, Human Nutrition and Lori Murphy, Vice President Creative Design & Development APAC Human Nutrition.
Please RSVP directly to either Letitia Tandean at Letitia.Tandean@grayling.com or Shirley Kettler at Shirley.Kettler@grayling.com by 15 April 2021. As there is an 8-person capacity due to COVID-19 restrictions, do also let them know if you will be bringing a photographer or videographer.
