FCA members are invited to join the Singapore Press Club (SPC) in their inaugural Generations talk show.

With the rise of digital and living in the age of the pandemic, what are the new challenges of being a news editor today? Oo Gin Lee of SPC speaks to three veteran news editors - with a combined journalism experience of over 40 years - on what's breaking news around the modern news desk.

Panelists include Julie Gerstein, Singapore Bureau Chief of Insider Inc.; Zakir Hussain, Vice President of SPC and Singapore Editor of The Straits Times, SPH; and Wang Shuyang, Digital Content Editor of Chinese Media Group NewsHub, SPH.

This is the first of an upcoming new talk series organised by the Singapore Press Club that aims to generate discussions around the current trends and insights relating to the media and associated industries here. The series aims to bring together different generations of journalists, editors and public relations professionals to get them talking about how they feel about topical issues of the day.
