Mr Cheng will provide an update and overview of the Singapore arts scene and the cultural highlight of Singapore 2006, the Singapore Biennale 2006. As you're aware, Singapore will play host to the annual meetings of the Board of Governors of the IMF and World Bank Group in September -- the Biennale will be the anchor cultural event of Singapore 2006. Under the theme of BELIEF, renowned Artistic Director Fumio Nanjo and his curatorial team have commissioned a number of new works that reflect Singapore�s unique multi-cultural and multi-faith heritage.
