EU Commissioner for External Relations Chris Patten will pay an official visit to Singapore Apr 29-30 and will meet with PM Goh to discuss a wide range of issues with regards to the current international and regional developments, as well as the EU's bilateral relationship with Singapore. Patten will deliver a keynote speech on the EU-SE ASia relations at an event organized by the European Chamber of Commerce and the Institute of Policy Studies on Jun 30 at 1350 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. This will be followed by a press conference at the Ballroom 2 of the hotel at 1500.
